🚁 What if I receive a defective drone?

Contact us within 48 hours at sales@dtmrd.co with photos/videos of the defect. We will arrange immediate replacement or full refund at no cost to you. We cover all shipping costs for defective products.

🔧 Can I return a custom drone if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Custom/OEM products are non-returnable as they are manufactured exclusively to your specifications. However, if the product fails to meet agreed-upon specifications, we will repair, modify, replace, or refund at our discretion. We recommend thorough testing during the prototype phase before full production.

📦 Who pays for return shipping costs?

For defective or damaged products: DTM covers all shipping costs. For standard returns (unopened, non-defective): Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

🚚 What if my product is damaged during shipping?

Document the damage with photos immediately upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange replacement or full refund. DTM covers all shipping costs for shipping damage claims.
