At DTM Technology R&D, to ensure the efficiency of our manufacturing processes and to secure the allocation of high-value components, we implement the following payment policy for all B2B and wholesale transactions.
1. Accepted Payment Method: T/T Only
We exclusively accept payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer / Bank Wire Transfer).
All payments must be made to the official bank account of DTM Technology R&D as specified in your Proforma Invoice (PI).
We do not accept Credit Cards, PayPal, or Letter of Credit (L/C) for standard B2B orders.
2. Standard Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in a written contract, our standard terms are:
50% Advance Deposit: Required to confirm the order and initiate production or hardware allocation.
50% Balance Payment: Must be paid in full and cleared in our bank account prior to the shipment of goods from our facility (FOB Shenzhen).
3. Bank Charges & "OUR" Instruction
Responsibility: The Buyer is responsible for all bank charges, including sending bank fees and any intermediary/correspondent bank fees.
Net Amount: To ensure the full amount reaches our account, please select the "OUR" instruction (Sender pays all fees) when processing the wire transfer. Any shortfall in the received amount due to bank deductions must be settled before shipment.
4. Currency
All transactions are conducted in USD (United States Dollars) unless another currency is explicitly agreed upon and stated in the Proforma Invoice.
5. Payment Confirmation
To avoid production or shipping delays, please email a copy of the Bank Remittance Advice (SWIFT Copy) to your account manager or our finance department once the transfer is initiated.
6. Security & Fraud Prevention (Critical)
To ensure the security of your funds:
DTM Technology R&D will never notify you of changes to our bank account details via a standard email.
If you receive any suspicious requests to change payment information, please stop the transfer and immediately verify the details with us via a known phone number or video call. We are not liable for losses resulting from transfers to unauthorized accounts.
