🏦 Bank Transfer (T/T)

We accept bank transfer as our primary payment method for all B2B transactions.

Payment Terms:

  • 50% Deposit: Due upon order confirmation
  • 50% Balance: Due before shipment
  • Shipment: Released after full payment received

📋 Payment Process

  1. Order Confirmation: We send you a Proforma Invoice (PI) with all order details and bank information
  2. Deposit Payment: You transfer 50% deposit to our company account
  3. Production: We begin production/customization upon deposit receipt
  4. Quality Inspection: Photos/videos sent for your approval before shipment
  5. Balance Payment: You transfer remaining 50% balance
  6. Shipment: Goods released and shipped within 3-5 business days

⏱️ Payment Timeline

Proforma Invoice: Sent within 24 hours of order confirmation

Deposit Due: Within 5 business days of PI issuance

Production Time: 15-30 days (depending on product and quantity)

Balance Due: Before shipment, after quality approval

Shipment: Within 3-5 business days after balance payment

A: Currently we only accept bank transfer (T/T) for B2B orders. This ensures the lowest transaction costs and best pricing for our partners.

Q: What if I need credit terms?

A: For established partners with 3+ successful orders, we may offer negotiable terms. Please contact our sales team to discuss your eligibility.

Q: Can I cancel after paying the deposit?

A: For standard products, cancellations before production may incur a 10% administrative fee. For custom/OEM products, deposits are non-refundable as production is tailored to your specifications.

Q: How do I verify your bank account is legitimate?

A: All bank details are provided on official Proforma Invoice with company stamp. You can verify via phone (+853 6354 3075) or visit our facility in Shenzhen.
